You know, i use to love zalora but now i guess i have to say this will be my last order. This used to be great online shop. Well i guess its still good if your going to order only one item but if ur ordering more than one i wont recommend zalora. Before it use to be free delivery if u buy more than 1k if im remembering correctly but now wow! Every item has a delivery charge and it delivers one by one which is extremely annoying that u have to wait each day they say they have delivery and u dont know how many items they have and what so if u have to leave u dont know what and how much money u have to leave in the house incase the delivery comes, and mostly u dont have change for the money u have to provide each item exact amount so if u have 10 items u have to make an exact amount of each prices per item its so annoying!! Its like they demand you or expect you to have thousands of change all the time! I mean why cant they do what they do before they deliver all at the same time in one box no matter how many and different stores they get so u have to have one exact amount to pay.. anyway its just ridiculous every item has delivery charge lolz its a joke.. but anyway how does one feedback change their ways so i guess this would be my last order its a shame! Unless i will only have to order one item then yah i will still probably use zalora but more than one is a no no.. Just like lazada it use to be a good online store but now nah.. why do u online store have to always change for the worse? Why cant it be for the better?

I was forced to download this app to enter a contest. Well, fine, I bit. It wasnt just a random internet website either- but a major page. After I downloaded the app, the tracker didnt work. So, Im not loving that I was tricked to down loading a stupid fashion app that wont even let me select the right country.

For a promotion. I dont know what I expected really. It didnt work and wanted me to connect to facebook. Useless

Got my first order and its really convenient and easy. Products are great also the packaging and i cant wait to buy another. Also i prefer Zalora than any other online shop
